Smurf it!

The comic strip authors Peyo and Franquin invented the word "smurf" by wondering some salt.

Details:

We had a little fight on whom used the word the first one, of Peyo or Franquin, we thus voluntarily left the ambiguity!

If you think you have a RELIABLE AND VERIFIABLE source to determine who asked what in the other one, please warn us!

by wondering some salt ?

… by asking for some salt.
